You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Cardboard Profit content solely for your individual, personal, educational purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from any Cardboard Profit content.

- Post, distribute, or share Cardboard Profit content on social media, websites, or other platforms without written permission.
- Use Cardboard Profit content, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, or automated tool.
All content provided by Cardboard Profit is confidential and proprietary. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Cardboard Profit content may result in immediate revocation of access, liability for damages, and the remedies described in the Injunctive Relief section below. You agree that each violation of this provision shall result in liquidated damages of $7,500 per infraction, which the parties agree is a reasonable pre-estimate of likely harm that would be difficult to quantify at the time of breach and not a penalty, and applies per item or excerpt of content misused. This provision does not limit Cardboard Profit’s right to seek actual damages and injunctive relief. Cardboard Profit shall also be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses incurred in enforcing its rights. All rights are reserved.
Confidentiality of Membership Content
All content, discussions, and materials provided within Ignite or any Cardboard Profit membership community are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to disclose, publish, or disseminate such content outside the community in any form, including but not limited to screenshots, recordings, written summaries, or derivative works. Any violation constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Cardboard Profit’s content would cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate. Accordingly, Cardboard Profit is entitled to immediate injunctive or equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, without the need to post bond or prove actual damages.
User Submissions and Content
Any materials, suggestions, or feedback submitted to Cardboard Profit (collectively, “Submissions”) become our property. You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, copy, distribute, display, and modify such Submissions in any medium and for any purpose. We are not obligated to credit or compensate you and may remove any user-submitted content without notice.

The foregoing does not limit liability for willful misconduct or fraud.
Scope of Limitation. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if Cardboard Profit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force Majeure
Cardboard Profit shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, third-party service failures, government restrictions, illness, or natural disaster.
Termination and Enforcement
We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for any reason without prior notice. These Terms remain in effect after termination. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
